If you had a choice between this idea or minimum wage, which would you pick?

So as usual I was contemplating what I would do if I ever won several millions in the lottery.  I say several millions, because the first million is already spoken for to pay off debts and to save my family's property and to transform that land into the safe havens I want to turn them into for visitors and artists and body listeners to be able to visit. 
But AFTER that, I was thinking for any misc jobs I might have, would I ever pay anyone minimum wage again, and I was thinking I certainly HOPE not, but I also know how fast money goes and how instead of paying ONE person a lot, i'd rather distribute the money out and pay each person a little so that I could help more people. but what is reasonable or not reasonable?
so, I was playing around with different wage ideas and I had one and wanted to know what you thought about it. 

paying people who I might have hired for minimum wage when I had not money a minimum of $15-20/hour but never more then $100 a day?  so why is that.. well, one, bc I don't think ANYONE should have to work more then 8 hours in a particular day to be able to just pay the bills and feed the family.  And for the most part, one needs a mimimum of about  $100/day to live a reasonable life of paying the mortgages/bills and have enough left over to MAYBE just maybe save up enough to pay for some medical or transportation.

but if I put it at a maximum of $100/day then in theory I would be able to hire more people for more different job of transforming abandoned lots into food forests/ self sustainable safe park havens using hugelkultur, permaculture and olla principles to harvest and use water and energy to be able to provide back to the grid which used its own rain water and energy collected on site for nearby local neighborhoods.. esp for food desert areas. 

anyways, please tell me your ponderings of if this idea sounds reasonable or not?  or just say HI, letting me know you stopped by and actually read these thoughts and ideas.

Since I havent won the lottery yet, maybe you could help kiddo and I out with getting back on our feet and or to help with our project ideas OR just to send us a dollar of encouragement a month since right now (esp if you consider the amount of debt we encurred during the divorce) we probably have less then the local begger down the street.  sigh.   

I promise that if we DO win the lottery from the time that I write this and the time that I get the money, any or all money would then go towards these food forest project ideas I have. Much love we have for you and humantiy.  love you lots.  may you feel your conenction to us please.
