I used to give this article out to everyone because I coudn't stand how after one sentence people would tell my son, "oh, you are so smart" without saying why they thought that. often I see people using praise as a way to cover up that they either weren't reallly paying attention or didn't understand or just plain didn't know how to connect to someone. so I hope you will read this article and get some insights.
