so your spouse cheated on you.. so what!?!   dont blame them!  it is not entirely your fault either. not exactly.  but you did play a role in why they did so. 

whatever you do, dont punish them for them trying to get something that you were not providing them. whatever it was!
dont go divorcing then just bc you two didnt have effective communication skills to help each other get each others needs met!!
