Are you thinking of straying from your wife or husband, leaving your wife or husband in order to get your needs met?

Why?
Because you don't think you are getting your needs met?

Before you give up, I'd like to try to help teach you some ideas of how to help get your needs met in such a way that does not violate her needs. 
So that BOTH you and your wife/husband/spouse/partner can be happy and at peace and maybe even excited to keep going forwards.

It will involve a lot of deep willingness on your part to want to understand yourself AND to want to take responsibility for your having understanding and empathy and compassion both for yourself but also for your spouse/partner.

I am NOT a therapist but I do believe that if you are willing to learn how to communicate with yourself and with your partner and to REALLY learn how to listen to your body and your partner's body, you wont have any good reason for straying or leaving unless its just to be vindictive and a desire to punish her for your own limitations. 

I can listen, help you learn about needs vs wants, help you try to decipher the needs under wants, help you try to find the fears and love you have under any negative feelings.

As I said, I am NOT a certified or licensed therapist so I also highly encourage you to go to a specialized marriage counselor too and I can highly recommend three of them. 

But along with going to a counselor, I think it is also important to practice listening your mind body connection and to the messages about needs and empathetic understanding that your body if trying to get your brain to understand!

It can be a just a virtual talking session or a full afternoon body session while you listen to either yourself or while listening to some audio books lessons WHILE also listening to your body.
